Hack Club Bank

Non-profit bank account for high school hackathons

Hack Club Bank is the best place for student hackers to store their money. Starting with hackathons, student organizers can invoice sponsors, issue physical debit cards, and get access to their event's financials through a real-time dashboard all with the benefits of the backing of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

Hi all, Very excited to share Hack Club Bank with the world. As part of running Hack Club (https://hackclub.com), a non-profit network of high school CS clubs, we spend countless hours talking with our club leaders from our 221 chapters in 35 states across the country. By far, our #1 most requested feature has been offering a place for clubs to store their money, especially with so many clubs now running hackathons (see https://hackathons.hackclub.com). Over the next year, we expect thousands of students to attend events made possible by the Hack Club Bank. The world may not have been built for ambitious teenagers, but they exist, and Hack Club’s mission has always been to make sure that they have the tools and support to fulfill that ambition. Excited to hear your feedback! - Zach

I would not have been able to organize San Francisco's first high school hackathon, Hack the Fog, without Zach and Hack Club and I'm looking forward to be partnering with them for Hack the Fog 2.0!

As someone who’s seen how hard it is to seek and maintain a trusted fiscal sponsorship from a reputable non-profit, this is a really big deal. Congrats to the Hack Club team and keep up with the great work! P. S. So shocked and disappointed to hear the story with Kapaa — how can HS administration behave that way? Long live Hack Club!
