Creator of Habit here. I made this app to help me answer a simple question--how am I progressing in my exercises at the gym? Am I lifting more weight? Doing more sets? Or both? And that's what this app does in a nutshell.
To get started, open the app up when you start your workout and log as you go. Input each set and exercise through our elegant interface. Then, once you complete your workout, analyze each set through pretty graphs.
It’s really that simple.
