Great find @nikkielizdemere! Curious how effective this is. Lots of exercises will not use arm movements. How can the other sensors be used to measure/detect exercises? I can imagine this working a lot better if you had two sensors—one on your arm, and another on your leg.

@kunalslab @nikkielizdemere As long as arm moves with the body (e.g., Squat), it is trackable. Leg-movement-only exercises (e.g., Leg Press) are rare, even that, some users put their hands on the knee to easily get around. Have one extra sensor is a lot more inconvenient than just wearing an Apple Watch.
