Hands-down my favorite tool of the category, and always my go-to. Great for UX research, internal meetings, and sales / discovery calls. Solid, great, smooth, thoughtful interface plus I've been super impressed with the new AI features - summarization, etc.

Helpful in capturing each moment of every meeting. However, there are technical glitches when using this.
