People can accept and cancel requests whenever/however they want and grabr doesn't do anything about it.

Grabr will not help you report users that pretend to bring your item and just cancel it when the delivery date arrives.

Company doesn't pay out travelers--they accept money from buyers and don't pay the people who actually make the purchase. It would be like your Uber Eats driver having to also buy your dinner out of his pocket and not getting paid. The concept is solid, the execution is pretty much criminal.

The app works just fine. But they don’t pay travelers back. I traveled in March and I have yet to get paid... 3 months later! They are not responding to my communications. These people are thieves. Period.

They dont pay travelers. It has been over 50 days since I delivered all the goods and nothing yet. Dont ever use this app if you like your money.

Been using the app for a few months. The app itself is very easy to use and the company has created a very fast, affordable and secure way to get products from all over the world. Some travelers are a bit slower to respond than others, but it’s overall incredibly efficient

Grabr does not pay out travellers. I have not been paid for months and may loose a few thousand dollars.

Stay away from Grabr. It‘s a huge SCAM for travellers, they say that the payments are guarenteed but then don’t realize the payout. I‘ve been waiting for over two months now :(
