Gappsy

I have repeatedly emailed Bartu, the owner of Gappsy. I asked for my services purchased and software in good faith. Instead of receiving the service purchases, I receive nothing unless he tries to upsell me on something else in his portfolio of thievery. Yes, this is what a scammer does; it's always the next item, and all it is is more lies, deceptions, and scamming. Will I now, with this filing, receive a response? Time will tell. If I do not get an answer now, after making these purchases three years ago, including a 497.00 DFY app, which I never received, and a 197.00 app submission, etc, which was also not received, I am warning you about this scam. It looks legitimate, but it is not!! Here's proof of payment and the emails and WhatsApp messages that have been ignored. This is a fraudulent money scam!! The only thing Gappsy does is leave a gap in your bank account! Purchased July 15th, 2020 - no product delivered 1st email July 22, 2020 - no product delivered WhatsApp sent on 7/3/2023 - he responded when he wanted to upsell me WhatsApp sent on 7/4/2020 - no response WhatsApp sent on 8/12/2023 replied, no response Email Aug 8, 2023 - no response Sent a message through the company platform - waiting for a response, filing on Ripoof report so others know to stay away from this online thief!

Was really cool at launch, founder seems to have disappeared yet continues to charge for a half-broken product

until they get this service, everything is good and they are promoting it at the highest level. then they ask for one time money for your problems. impossible to reach the authorities. automatic replies are not enough to solve your problem. too bad…

I highly recommend to not buy Gappsy. I Bought it and wanted a refund (The website says refund guaranteed) because it totally disappointed me in terms of quality and adaptability. Since a month there is nothing happening and Gappsy is playing the dead man. I'm really disappointed.

Signed up for 7 days free trial, but I didnt like the product. No possibility to cancel subscription online, have to contact them. Now I tried for 6 days without luck, tomorrow I have to pay! Really bad customer service. A lot of fake reviews on Trustpilots, and the real ones are really negative. Maybe scam company @bartu_gappsy ??

This is a Scam. I have asked for a refund the same day I made the purchase, and I just received an email asking why I wanted the refund. I told them because that was not the solution I was looking for! and after that, I haven't heard from them again, even after 3 follow-up emails sent by me asking how the refund process is going...

This company pushes scams and should be investigated. DO not give them your money or credit card information.

I was charge for a month not used. The interface is limited. Few options. Worthless. Customer service denies me the refund. Beware of this cloudy company. They will ROBB YOU ELECTRONICALLY. Thieves!

This company blocked me on social media for asking a question. Terrible platform and they have THE WORST customer service. STAY AWAY!
