It is a nice product to communicate with your customers and get them satisfied but needs enhancements in the tickets section as it sometimes has errors.

I have very little actual experience with this product. HOWEVER, they do not provide any way to bulk-setup new monitors - there is no "import sites" feature, and while they do have a REST API, it does not allow you to specify all the important parameters when creating a new monitor (like the "check string" to validate that a site is operating correctly).

At Springworks, when we started on our journey building SaaS apps we were looking for tools for customer engagement. Freshworks was a no-brainer for us as we're building our product suite at Springworks with a similar ethos - build 'from India for the world' and build delightful products for excellent experiences.

Been using Freshping to monitor SnapShooter however got an email today telling me they had 23 minutes of downtime. Very happy they owned the issue however.

Love this app - its nice and simple to use but does everything you could ever need. It even has email notification for internal and external users. Only criticism from me is that the email notifications carry the Freshstatus logo and not my company logo so it is hard to see what the notification is for as a user...
