I do like this product. It's easy to use, easy to set up and looks very nice. For me visual appearance is important and I'm totally satisfied. 10/10 ;)

Pros:

Cool design! Visual appearance is always an issue with such tools, but they coped with it ;)

Cons:

Try to use a bit longer.

Thanks mate! CaptainGrowth is a very nicely designed website and software so I really understand why the appearance is that important for you. And you're right about other tools with a very outdated design. What I personally think is that the live chat is a face of a business. It's a tool where customers ask questions and get the 2nd impression about you and your brand (the 1st one is the website itself), so you can't afford installing a bad looking chat.

I've been using it for over a year and I'm satisfied both with the features (proactive invitations, visitor monitoring, analytics etc) and their support. Good live chat for businesses that need to attract customers, support them, and sell online

Love this product! I tried using Intercom as well as Zoho Chat and this is a far superior product and value. It is very similar to Intercom but at a fraction of the cost. And the product is far superior to Zoho Chat.

Even the 'Con' a filled in has been resolved quite easily by their support. The respond quickly to my requests and questions. The system works flawlessly and havn't found any bugs yet (even though I am a power user).

Pros:

Ease of use, easy to setup, beautiful UI, a lot of useful features and all in one package. Also at a very decent price

Setting-up 2 company profiles under 1 account is tricky but then again, normally that is custom stuff.
