@kzynakamura Thanks for the comment! We're big on anonymity, it's the best way to get an open dialogue going and help make improvements in the workplace. @marlinakz That will be great. In my experience, the most difficult part really have been asking right questions. Words and phrases can be interpreted differently depending on team/department/country and etc. I think Fortay is awesome. Good luck :)
