You miss 100% of the shots you take

I tried to create my own bot and was pleasantly surprised. It is so easy. Great service!

Pros:

I’m impressed at how intuitive the system was. The script of any conversation can be made within a minutes, just like they said.

Cons:

I’m not sure that the chatbot will be able to replace client interactions.

One great feature is that the Chatbot will notify you if you need to intervene in the dialogue with the client and help him solve the problem, and it collects data about your customers so that you can analyze it later. Most of our clients find that with a little bit of adjustment, most of the time you can avoid having to intervene.

I tested it briefly and the product is really good. I have never created bots before, but with Form.one, I didn’t have any questions – everything is quick, easy and convenient.

Pros:

Form.one helps you to do routine tasks as quickly and easily as possible.

Cons:

Bots don’t understand the natural language of users. This would help tremendously

We’d love to be able to implement natural language recognition – and we’re always getting closer! More complex bots that understand a user's natural language and generate questions and answers on their own are unfortunately still a bit buggy, so Form.one chatbots are a simpler way to save money and increase profits while the technology catches up to our desires.

The product is great for handling employee requests inside of the service support portal without needing human intervention. We collected statistics on typical issues, divided them into groups, and identified the most frequent issues. Then we made a tree of possible solutions and added them to the appropriate branches.

We used the product for a month, and the bot only needed to tap in a human system admin 30% of the time. In the future, we plan to lower this percentage by including more FAQ.

Pros:

Keeps system administrators from having to answer repetitive and simple employee questions.

Cons:

You can’t copy and move branches within the bot builder

Our telecommunications company has implemented Form.one in the procurement department to advise employees on typical issues. Previously, procurement issues were handled by human employees, but now everyone turns to the bot. All of our procurement employees have placed a link to the bot in their email signatures so that customers and employees know they can get their questions answered any time of day.

We don’t yet provide analytics on bot conversations themselves, but we do provide our users with key information about respondents, their geolocation, their history of correspondence and all files attached to a conversation on one platform. This is essentially a ready-made case for further work with the client. In addition, we have plans to develop more advanced opportunities for analyzing conversations next year, including analytics on conversions, locations, and time handling.

Technical support services for the product are excellent and someone seems to always be available.

I can see how having a chatbot will motivate technical support staff to provide a better service that the bot cannot provide, and also to move up the career ladder. I think operators are well aware of the requests and needs of customers and they can think through the logic of communication of the bot and improve its capabilities. Tweaking and improving a bot is much more interesting than answering the same questions 8 hours a day!

Pros:

I can see how this could increase brand loyalty by providing a friendly face 24/7

In our personnel department, HR reps are often asked routine questions, like how to apply for leave. We decided to implement Form.One, and now our employees use it to fill out all HR forms.

The service doesn’t allow employees to send documents to their supervisors for approval

Sometime early 2019, Form.one users will be able to send documents, via webhooks, to any service for approval, and then your employees can send the document created by the bot for signature in a couple of clicks. For now, you can of course download and forward the document.

I really love that the only code I actually have to look at is the URL that I'll send people in order to let them use the bot. This is great for those of us who can't be bothered (or are simply to lazy) to learn code but have a business to run !
