Simple interface and easy to setup for customer support 1st tier. Very helpful to resolve minor issues within the Chatfuel bot and then redirect to the professionals if any technical help needed.

I have no experience in coding whatsoever, so when I discovered there is a platform to do it almost automatically, I was so thrilled! Chatfuel offers the best support benefits, has an easily understandable platform and it has made my life a lot easier! 10/10, totally recommend that
