Still my go-to product for saving things that aren't browser bookmarks (articles, recipes, etc.) The browser extension makes it super easy! The latest mobile app is very nice too. Loving the dark mode. The latest Beta editor is a nice surprise too! I love that I can save notebooks with my wife too, makes saving/sharing knowledge much easier for being good parents. 🙃

I have been using Evernote since 2012 and it's true, the app is amazing. However, after all this time, the app continues to be almost the same. There are no innovation, no important updates to be excited about. The worst happen for Windows users (like myself). I have Windows 10 at the office, a Macbook at home, and an Android as my phone... so imagine the mess. The macOS version looks astonishing while the Windows one looks like crap. The Android version is halfway there. I have been paying for a few years so far but now I'm having serious doubts. I really hope the EN team takes it to the next level... I know about a lot of people who isn't staying with them if changes don't take place. I'm one of them. Already tried OneNote and Notion but they cannot keep up with Evernote... sadly.

great application for storing and organizing various types of notes, documents, records- used for many years and have not found alternative that does as much for the price.

I've used Evernote for the last 9 years. It's the one tool I can honestly say my life would be worse off without. Or at least would be the hardest to adjust to if I replaced with Bear or another alternative out there. Evernote is an extension of my forgetful brain. It seems to be in-vogue to hate on them the last couple years, but it's just as solid a product as it's ever been for me. So if it ain't broke...

I was a loyal Evernote user since 2014 but the features just didn't keep up. In the end I was mostly using it for writing and I didn't didn't need to pay for just that. Wanting an app that did more and made collaboration easier, I recently moved everything over to Notion. The export was super easy. Notion allows me to have a place to house my writing, my writing ideas and also share shopping lists with my husband, travel plan, make to do lists, create databases for my work and so much more. I'm so much happier.

After using it for most of the past decade, I still use Evernote many times a day, every day. I love the browser button, the smart photo/OCR capabilities, the ubiquitous availability, and other basics for my needs. It still has a couple of quirks I'd love to see ironed out (no searching on your tag list in mobile is really annoying), but it provides so much for a modest annual cost, and is wired into my workflows and information gathering. I strongly recommend it.

I started using Evernote since 2014 and I love the fact that I can use it on my phone and laptop. I have all my notes there though I don't see any benefit to pay for the premium account except for the sync feature on multiple devices.

They stopped innovating and now their competition does what they do better.
