Appears to be targeted toward college grads based on the landing page. I'm a fan of AngelList jobs, which uses a similar double opt-in approach, and have heard positive things from those hiring on the platform.

I wonder why Angel list also just shut down their Talent App. Probably to focus on Syndicates/investments rather than recruiting as their revenue stream.
The web version is great for recruiting (they have done a good job creating marketplace liquidity).

Nice - I've actually done a hack of this with the @hiremyfriend API; maybe I should put it out there? Anything that gets around shitty recruitment agencies is rad in my book :)
