Just curious why I would use this over any other behavioral or event based email service. I already have automated campaigns with Drip and can do all my other emails from there as well.

@allnick Drip is indeed a very good product and I've used it myself with great results! However, EasyRetention is different for these reasons: - built exclusively for Stripe - HIGH level of segmentation (you can create any type of segment you can think of) - built with retention in mind EasyRetention doesn't aim to be the one-solution-fits-all kind of thing, but just the BEST solution out there to increase retention (and lower churn rate) for Stripe users. Hope this answer your question! :)

I'm a big fan of Stripe and an even bigger fan of the ecosystem of apps created to solve some really interesting problems. Easy Retention allows you to create targeted, automated emails to re-engage customers based on rules using your Stripe data. I'd be interested to hear how this works alongside other email marketing efforts like Mailchimp. Also good to note the single pricing plan and 60 day money back guarantee!

@fredsoneya Thanks for the hunt! The difference with general-purpose email platform such as MailChimp is that EasyRetention's emails will be triggered by Stripe events and will be purely transactional emails. Does this answer your question?

Hi everyone, with a huge delay I'm finally here to answer all your questions :) EasyRetention has started off as a pet-project, out of a client frustration. The basic idea is to automate the boring task of re-engaging lost customers (on Stripe, for now). If you have a saas or subscription based business and you use Stripe, you might want to give it a try ;) PS: Any feedback is massively welcomed!
