Review of Donut Remote
We're use this at work for the last 3 months. It's great - I've talked to a few people that I normally don't talk to. Even though our company is under 50 people.
after a year of use, people from the remote teams began to use virtual coffee less. There are also only a few reactions to water cooler topics, however, they are interesting & funny

We are huge fans of Donut at @gettroops ! Culture is such a big part of success for smaller companies and startups, and it's a lot harder to have it shine through in a remote setting. Donut helps us feel more connected across the company. Very excited for this product as an alternative to "Zoom happy hour" fatigue!

Donut has been such a fun way to stay connected! At my last company, we used it to connect for in-person coffees across teams. Now I'm using it for virtual coffees in a large community of freelancers, where we might otherwise never meet. Love these new features and the support for non-profits. Thanks, crew!

Review of Donut for Onboarding
I've been using the Pairing feature from Donut for over a year, as a great tool for the team to get to know each other. Adding onboarding is a huge win - we were "hacking" pairing to help new team members meet people, but now we can structure such a better process.

Review of Donut for Onboarding
Onboarding was always something that was a bit haphazard, and Donut helped us put into place a more consistent experience and make sure we weren't forgetting any important information. It made it easier to setup a longer term onboarding program (1-3 mos instead of a couple weeks) and made sure everyone got the best experience even if their manager had other things going on.

Review of Donut Remote
We love Donut at Kickstarter! We've been using it since before I joined the company a year ago and it's really helped me connect with people I wouldn't normally meet. It's also been extremely useful to stay in touch as our company has recently switched to remote during the COVID-19 office shutdown.
