Review of DoNotPay 2.0
I never used this service and told them so after they charged me a one month fee. They did refund the money and said they cancelled the account. However, they charged me another fee a month later. I emailed them and they said they would cancel the account and refund my fee. Instead of refunding my fee, they charged me a second fee. I emailed them and they said this wasn't true that is was a pending refund. It wasn't and when the second fee processed, I emailed them again. They haven't responded. I had to file a fraud report with my bank.
