Backed the kickstarter (before enough hundreds of people complained and finally got it deactivated). It took me 3 years of lies and evasion from the "creator" to ever get a refund. (I'm still out all the credit card interest from the mean time, but that's partly on me for trusting this shyster.) This is nothing but vaporware that will NEVER see the light of day.
This "product" is the reason I still can't trust K$ to this day. If a product is worth making, it'll be in stores.
Don't recommend, get out of every marketing advertisement about this product.
This is not a company, its a group of scammers that steals your money.
Since 2017 in kickstarter an after this years they promise to refund me in 14 weeks and it didn't happened... now the kickstarter had deactivate there project so what is the chance to this happen ?
Everyone loses its money and they are promoting this on other sites, please run away from this, buy some anycubic, ender or bluer, didn't have any problem with this ones like with this cubibot scammers.
Please stay away from this and save your money.
I would normally not contact anyone about this but cubibot has offended me personally. They stole my money and have refused me as a customer.
It all started I asked for an update on there kickstarter asking them to update because they said they would every month and they hadn't. They were already over 6 months overdue so I kind of expect at least good customer interaction but instead without any message they just refunded my money from kickstarter and won't respond to me at all. I ordered extra spool on kickstarter during conformation which was a kickstarter reward. They did not refund that money.
I tried contacting them but all they did was block my email and block me on every social media site. Very unprofessional. If you could ask them what they plan to do to rectify this situation I would be most grateful but until then, I will never buy one of there products ever again just based upon this act of just random hostility towards a single customer. That means there must be others like me who have been treated the same. I would not recommend endorsing them.
I kickstarted Cubibot in september 2017. They sold their concept as "We have gone through numerous prototypes and countless hours of testing to ensure the best results and we are proud of our current functional prototypes. The funds raised through this campaign will be used to prepare Cubibot for mass production". Delivery estimated for February 2018.
Not only did they never delivered up to today, the communication is not what was expected. Like we are impatient children asking for candy. They posted 33 updates (last was June 2019) but they never provided us with an actual clear overall status and ETA. Some people seem to have a beta-unit, that is all we know after such a long time. The moment you act up and speak out you get a refund and they remove from the kickstart. Together with another backer kicked out we believe they try to get rid of the backers and sell retail because the profits will be better. From The Netherlands I advice you to stay away from this product. Company attitude is not what I expected.
i tried to get my money back since a year ago. No response to my private messages, no response to the kickstarter posts, nothing.
Today i started a post with a lot of bad words. I had my refund 6 hours later.
So, if you want a refund, you know what to do. Is seems to be the only way...
