We are using Crisp at Argos VR Systems and we love using it. I am looking forward to use Crisp 2.0.
What was the hardest feature to implement in the new version ?

@mrcalexandre @quentin_dq @valeriansaliou Thank you Alexandre! This new version has been release for month in private beta. The biggest challenge was to ensure compatibility for existing users and beta users. @valeriansaliou did a great job on it. On my side, I think that my biggest challenge was MagicBrowse, our new feature to see your users' screen :)

I understand, the MagicBrowse feature looks very useful to see where people have problems.
