I've been waiting for a solution like this for months. We use Drive and Notion search bar for everything. But it doesn't have the AI functionalities that we'd hope to have. And I also wanted a tool that involved that AI across all our tools. We don't need it right now(we haven't launched product yet). But it's the perfect tool that we'll need in the near future. Congrats to the team for the amazing UI and the super great value added!
It makes it easy to centralize all my work docs and I don't have to jump in between tools anymore - it surely saves me several hours a week!
I was shocked at how easy it was. I can now talk to my documents, and they answer and tell me the two bits of information I need from them. It's amazing. The same goes for company-wide info, for example, on internal policies. As a new hire, I only need to ask Collato and know how things are done immediately.

Guys, you did amazing job with Collato! I am impressed how timesaving it is. The interface is user friendly, even from the first time after sign up, there were all intuitivly clear. Still testing yhe tool and all the features. Presently there is nothing to complain about)) Hopeto see more and more useful fetures in the Collato
Fantastic tool! Really easy to navigate through and its just a lifesaver when going through a lot of information you need to locate something quick!
Was trying it now, as the description lets me assume that it is a problem solver.
Why should I upload only PDF type of document? The setup takes very long before I actually started to try couple of things.
I believe there is a need for a quick onboarding or quick-win for the user to try couple of things before we actually integrate all the accounts.

In your case, please note that you are not limited to uploading a single PDF - you can easily connect individual files from your Google Drive or any of our other integrations (instead of integrating the full tools) in seconds.
