Coinbase product engineer here. We're excited to launch the new Coinbase beta today after months of work. This is the largest change we have made to the product in couple of years. This marks our move from the original bitcoin wallet design, with the focus on transaction history, to a more "brokerage" design, focused on investing in digital assets like bitcoin and ethereum, is a reflection of how customers have actually been using the product.
As part of this launch we redesigned the application and introduced new dashboard for users which makes it easier to check latest prices for both bitcoin and ethereum, and also following your portfolio's development. We also redesigned trading flow to account for more assets and make it much faster and intuitive for users.
Excited to hear what you guys think about the new Coinbase and can't wait to roll this out for everyone in the coming weeks with further updates 😊
