I've been using Cogsworth to book customers interviews for a month now and it's saved me ~3-5 hours a week of diarising. Life saver!

Pros:

Easy to embed in website, makes multi-booking scheduling & form building a breeze

Cons:

Not always intuitive - but I'm new to the tool!

Love the product so far - great price for building forms, SMS reminders and email follow-ups. Have enjoyed using the product so far and will continue to use. The founder is a great guy too and has been great with customer service, especially when setting up.

Pros:

Fantastic product for time scheduling - love that it has embed feature for websites.

Cons:

Wish it could integrate with more tools such as Zapier but sure there will be more features soon

The awesome calendar app that is also affordable!

-great interface -awesome support -features I could not find in other scheduling apps out there -extremely affordable

Cons:

Nothing that comes to my mind, but maybe different layout for the calendar embedded on our sites.

Solid, solid platform, minor bugs with spelling here and there, but otherwise suprisingly stable.

Pros:

I can publish URLS to different offerings of mine on my site, not just one single blob, like every other platform.

Cons:

Gotta second (or third) the need for API or webhooks.

Investment Banker

Relatively simple, but powerful tool!

Pros:

I consult and I love not having to now play email ping pong with my customers to get them to commit to a time. This literally saves me hours.

Cons:

It took a bit of figuring out, maybe signup flow could be easier.

Office Manager

Would love a mobile app. Web is limiting, though mobile site aint bad.

Pros:

Excllent for my mom's salon. I set it up for her, and I manage it for her no prob.

Cons:

This might be a sign of the times, but my mom still finds it hard to use.

Chief Executive Officer

Useful in a narrow range for me, but really love the look and feel right now!

Pros:

I get passive leads now because I added a link to my cogsworth booking page in my signature! I email hundreds of people each day.

Cons:

My job is in outreach, so I would love more outreachy functionality. Like maybe sending invites to mail list.

1. I want to know about the branding thingie.. even the wait icon keep showing cogsworth :) n yes i have 24sessions n would like to know if we can integrate?

2. does it take payments? I saw one could allow payment settings, but how to receive pre-arrival?

Pros:

i kinda like it.

neat interface

intuitive flow towards booking...

Cons:

1. Branding all over - in wait icon too :P

2. Embedding is iframe-ish

It saves a lot of time and is very easy to use for clients. I like the connection with my calendar because I don't need to worry about somebody taking a reserved spot. It also saves a lot of time when managing a team of coaches.
