Cloud devs helped us find a great developer in a short span of time, and clearly developers are hand-picked, professional hard working and highly skilled
They have been great to work with and has connected us with 2 great developers. I would highly recommend working with them to find developers who are experienced and easy to work with

I applied here out of curiosity. The first interview was planned quickly for the next 2 days and went smoothly. However, this is a programming task that has nothing to do with testing the skills of senior developers. Not even closely related to Magento 2 which I've intentionally applied for. It was a generic PHP script that any intern could solve. But the most annoying thing is the lack of feedback and ghosting. After two weeks, I haven't heard from CloudDevs - even after emailing them a reminder! From reviews on other sites, you can learn that this has happened before. Completely unprofessional.

To clarify:
1. Foundational Assessment: Our initial PHP test gauges essential PHP skills crucial for Magento2 and related frameworks.
2. Follow-Up Assessments: Successful candidates move to framework-specific tests, like Magento in your case.
3. Communication Protocol: We currently contact only those who pass our tests.
Your application didn't advance past the PHP fundamental stage, hence no follow-up.
We'll use your input to improve our process. Best of luck in your future endeavors.
