    good idea, poor execution


    Too many bugs, waste of time

    Avoid at all cost, very buggy non-working product, you will just waste your time. I spent my effort and filled all the info about the case then it said account not found! Messaged them and they said nothing in the system, even though I got the confirmation screen! Heck, even their airport lookup doesn't work when I wanted to try again, go with AirHelp or getservice.

I love, love, love this travel hacker tool. It’s SUPER simple and easy to use: I just shared my flight and booking number and with a few clicks my claim was complete. About 4 weeks later I received an email letting me know that I am entitled to $680 in compensation from the airline, and I had a check nearly 2 days later.
