Cost effective, and it's easy to manage multiple ventures in the user experience. Love it!
Very nice platform which is easy to use. Appreciate also the mobile app.
It would be 5 stars, but we are experiencing issues with it disconnecting, so our agents appear offline. Chatwoot suggested this was a known issue, but for us it is not resolved. After a hard refresh its fine again, for a while. A desktop version would also go a long way to solve this!
We like using Chatwoot, really fair price with good technology.

I am a big fan of the software the chatwoot team has built. The extensibility of the software is the killer feature IMO. I'm creating a feedback management system on the shoulders of chatwoot.
