It bit expensive but worth it. We use Carta to manage our cap table, pro forma modeling, pass all board resolutions. We also are power users of their Total Comp product which has been instrumental in how we design compensation philosophy, comp bands, variable commission plans, etc.
Love it as an angel investor to help keep track of my investments. Love it as an employee, to keep track of my option grants, etc.
Carta is very good. I love their stats reports.
Big fan of the exercise simulator for employees with equity awards
