Nice! But what's the difference to let's say intercom?
@web_punk Thanks for asking. A big focus for us is the way we pull data in and how you can query it. We enable a more granular and fuzzy query and segmentation of customers based on behaviour, which other tools do not enable. While we're not promoting this yet, we also have an analytics engine that predicts next customer decisions/behaviours as well, though only release this to select customers right now.
