If I have several google calendars (work, personal, company), I have to use create a new Calendly account per calendar, create a team feature and then merge. I think this use case isn't an edge case at all.

I also want to be able to scroll /highlight entire sections that are open to public to setup meetings, not show all non-booked spots as open. So the visual experience of picking open slots can be better.

Pros:

Clean Interface, Automating Scheduling

Cons:

Calendly can connect to one calendar platform per account.

Finally a quick and easy (free) way to coordinate appointments with multiple people, places and times. Love it. Has saved me tons of back and forth unnecessary emailing.

I've missed and lost a potentical client meeting because the video invite is hidden in the Google Calendar, instead of say, being emailed to me. I had to dig through it when client wasnt responding, and 10 minutes later said he is on the call. I'd like to suggest sending a confirmation email with the meeting link as to avoid this happening to other people.
🔎 A11y and Sustainability
When doing a project that requires a lot of stakeholder interviews, it is so much easier to just give them a calendly link. By doing that, I've put on some of the folx I've interviewed to Calendly too. As a student, it's a solid product as it is in the free version. However, I don't see myself using it for consistent client interfacing. It's nicer than using the Google workspace appointment feature, where other things on my calendar are likely to show up. In the end, I'm still on the hunt for an alternative to Calendly, but would use it as my go-to for 1-on-1 meetings. For group projects, I use Doodle.
