We have been using Brosix for a number of years now and our employees cannot live without it. It has increased productivity as employees are able to get instant feedback from their coworkers rather than calling them or walking to their office which then results in further delays and interrupts the work process. The chat log feature has been especially beneficial as we use it to review chat history when needed. Brosix support has always been helpful in finding solutions to any problems that may arise.

I would definitely recommend Brosix. Their platform is not only more cost effective than many of their competitors, the system provides a secure means of communication and a variety of features companies want, whether utilizing it on your computer or on your cellphone with their mobile app.

I was really excited to try this and then I looked at screenshots. Invest in a redesign, it will make or break this product! There's a reason Slack beat IRC
@garybasin Thank you for the suggestion! With every new version we always try to make better design and user experience with Brosix. Actually the application design is already updated. Since we have a vast documentation it is hard to update it as soon as the application design was changed. You are welcome to get the application and try it.
Brosix has been nothing but a nightmare. Consistently booting all the users, chat histories are always missing, Website says automatic updates but you have to do it manually. Tech support always says "that is fixed in the next version" but never is. Promised being able to be logged in in multiple locations simultaneously, but as soon as I login on my phone I get booted form my computer. Chat messages disappear seconds after sending. Mobile does not sync with computer.... Just seems like they do not know how to fix their own product. I would never recommend them!
@james_bigelow Thank you for your feed-back. I really appreciate it! As you probably guess, we have thousands of customers, with thousands of computer configurations and network infrastructure layouts. Our software tries to guess all the possible configurations but there is always some new, and unexpected. That's why we have a support team, which in many cases resolves issues caused by other software packages, not by Brosix. Our goal is to help all of our customers do their work in an optimal way. Sometimes, we need cooperation from the users in order to understand the real cause of the issue and suggest a proper solution. You mentioned several issues in your comment. Please contact our support team and we will help you resolve all of them.
@james_bigelow @stefan_chekanov You must have not read my post, I have been in contact with your support team many times over the past year, not once have they resolved any issues, they always say the next build will fix all the problems with brosix... I would never recommend Brosix for any company, you guys can not even fix your program and you keep trying to add more to it breaking it more, its got progressively worse over the past 1.5 years that I have had to deal with it at my current Job. We are actively working on leaving brosix as it has been nothing but issue after issue.
