Stuck in the beginning of awkward conference call intros? Boom! Breathe. Just waved back at someone who was, in fact, not waving at you? Boom! Breathe. Aunt Martha grilling you over Thanksgiving dinner about why you're still single? Boom! Breathe. 💁 I'm a fairly skeptical app user in general, and even more skeptical mindfulness app user (I've tried so many, I've fallen in love with none), but I'm loving that Breathe does what it intends to do: it reminds me to take a deep breath and just...pause. Awesomeness.

It's nice to have friendly little reminders to breathe and do a mini "reset", especially given how much I'm on my phone. I have so many notifications that inevitably end up triggering anxiety, so one that has the opposite effect is welcome.
