This product does a good job at what it does but with the launch of the new version it's priced itself out as an option in my opinion. It's prior version did essentially the same without the bells and whistles. The addition of the bells and whistles doesn't justify the current price point.

I love the ease of use, alerts and relevant data the most. I know I can trust the tool to not miss any media or social mentions of my brand.

I've been using this tool for a LONG time and I must say that it has given some nice results. However, there are several cons that I've listed that make this tool not THAT great. I'm willing to pay for good results - even the current ones, although I would like it if we could somehow filter it and get all the results in the email, like they did before - , but not at this current price. It's way overpriced. I'm going to have to look into alternatives again... Pity.

Works as expected and it's easy to use.

Automatic white-labeled client reports are a great plus!

If this kind of stuff is really important to you that you need a mobile app then ok, otherwise Google can do the same thing for free with Google Alerts.
