    Personal brands, small businesses and even enterprise level clients can all benefit greatly from using BrandMentions. Real-time monitoring and responding is becoming more and more important with such a fast pace online world we live in today. Having tried and tested relevant competitors to BrandMentions I can honestly say that the quality of data BrandMentions provide is better.

    Provides consistent and complete search results

    Cons: 

    Too Expensive

    This product does a good job at what it does but with the launch of the new version it's priced itself out as an option in my opinion. It's prior version did essentially the same without the bells and whistles. The addition of the bells and whistles doesn't justify the current price point.

    It does sometimes come back with great results.

    Cons: 

    Results are too generic. Results contain spamming sites. Some results don't even contain the search words. Is overpriced at this point.

    I've been using this tool for a LONG time and I must say that it has given some nice results. However, there are several cons that I've listed that make this tool not THAT great. I'm willing to pay for good results - even the current ones, although I would like it if we could somehow filter it and get all the results in the email, like they did before - , but not at this current price. It's way overpriced. I'm going to have to look into alternatives again... Pity.

    If this kind of stuff is really important to you that you need a mobile app then ok, otherwise Google can do the same thing for free with Google Alerts.

    I am having a small business (a cooking blog) and I've been using BrandMentions in their beta version for a couple of months.

    It worked wonders on social. Curious if it offers mentions from YouTube as well in this final version.
