@libby_ayres Hey we developed the app to help people stick to their Health & Fitness goals. We know that different people are motivated in different ways, so this app might not be right for some people. We've made the app to be open and flexible for the individual to set whatever goal that they see fit. For example, we prompt users to set an attainable target based on their level of experience. We use the concept of loss aversion as one of the ways to stay accountable to the goal. Some studies show that our aversion to loss is twice as powerful, psychologically, as gains. Our users have said their experiences have been extremely positive, and it really has helped them achieve their goals :)
