Interesting for the vacation rental market to FINALLY have a robot powered customer engagement tool.
I've been watching Stuart play around with chatbots for a little while already. Since he had thousands of AirBNB properties to take care of, this was of course a natural evolution of his business - giving advice to his guests without sending a massive document with dozens of pages - and also to reduce the manual support requests his team had to handle. So he's been experimenting with this for some time now for his own business, and now the final product looks really impressive. I wasn't even aware that you could add such a nice navigation to facebook messenger. Really impressed and useful to people with a lot of guests/properties.
