This should be integrated into every video game.
BF1 (Battlefield 1) should be able to use your actual face model instead of the stock ones.

Just a follow-up, it wouldn't necessarily make sense for each person to own one of these since it's not something you need to do all the time. So, they could partner with gaming stores, like EB Games, and provide a really good scanner in-store that would create a model of your head that you can then use for various games. Even attached to your PlayStation Network profile so that any game could make use of it.
This would reduce cost to the end user, give another reason for people to actually go into the gaming stores, ensure quality scans are done, etc.
