Beautiful.ai

A fraudulent company that has one line written for their refund policy for monthly payments i.e. we don’t provide refunds on monthly payments. I signed up for a free trial but was unable to find what I was looking for i.e. AI text to slides option. Since they don’t have the option to cancel on their mobile website and I’d isn’t have access to a desktop at the time, I could not cancel the trial and they charged me the full fee. I later requested for a refunded citing these reasons and was sent a message with a refund policy page which literally had that one line as mentioned above. I’ve disputed the payment with my bank and would highly recommend people to stay clear form this website - there are number outs other alternatives that are way better, some even cheaper and defiantly with better customer service that you can explore.

Stay away from the Beautiful.ai website!! I signed up with a monthly subscription and then cannot log in to my account to proceed. And you do not know if they will charge you or not. It looks like a scam company out there. Stay away from this headache! Definitely do not recommend it!

I had the same experience as others here. The tool is very clunky and I immediately decided it provides no additional value to me than PowerPoint. I could not find the cancellation option. They charged my credit card and refused to refund even though I contacted them minutes after they automatically charged.

I really like this product. Not only minimalistic in how much you have to do to generate slides, but also because it solves such a simple problem and saves time where you didn't think you could.

So far my experience has been good

Great product. When using templates it would be great to be able to move the assets as you would with a freehand template but that's my only minor bugbear. Being able to get metrics on who viewed when, etc., is super useful. My go-to presentation maker.

I personally struggle with adding too much text to my presentations. 🥲 I spend literally hours trying to strike the right balance between text and visuals, but this new feature has made that process so much faster. I'm now able to focus on my message and let the software do the rest, which has saved me a lot of time and frustration. Thank you DesignerBot! 🤘

Can I crete one presentation - Free?

Stay away from Beautiful.ai. It might look fancy and attractive on the outside, but my experience was anything but beautiful. I signed up for a free trial, decided it wasn’t for me, and cancelled. You’d think that would be the end of it, right? Wrong. They went ahead and charged me not once, but twice. When I reached out to their support team for help and a refund, they flatly refused.
