This is such a scam. I placed my order in May and still have not been shipped the product . I have sent several emails inquiring , when they decide to respond they give a new shipment date which comes and goes. Eventually they don’t even respond to your emails. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT unless you want to waste your money and never have anything delivered

@alyssa_scott_wood This has been so bad. Device never works. No true support. Battery is dead in two weeks. Followed instructions to the letter. Still is not working 9 out of ten time. JUNK

I ordered mine on January 30 and still have not received it the customer service is absolutely horrible I am constantly promised a delivery date and tracking info which I NEVER receive and now that I want my money back they will "see what they can do" really????? That's almost 200$$

Pros:

There are none

Cons:

Actually ship it to ur customers

I'm really upset with the lack of communication to their customers. It's absolutely unexceptionable for customer support to ignore their customers. Even though they have a return policy on their website, they claim to "still be developing their policy". Rip off.

Pros:

I liked that it was just a tracker without a screen. All of the features made it seem like a good tool for tracking a number of metrics.

Cons:

I placed an order in February 2019 didn't receive until April. I've been trying to return the device & have been unsuccessful.

Fitness fanatic and tech expert
This has been delivered and is a very poor piece of kit. It’s badly designed with fiddly battery and a suspect interface. And for a measurement device it cannot measure anything. Basically produces random numbers - sometimes over 100% !! Utterly ridiculous.

Total scam. It’s been months and haven’t received my order. Support keeps pushing out the shipping date. When I ask for my money back they stop responding. If You engage with them on social media they just delete your comments.

Every person who post a positive review of this product, you can tell by the language they use, that they did not purchase the product. The product sounds good to them, that's all. I dont know what compelled them to mislead folks.

This product is garbage. It takes months to ship. It is made cheaply and feels like something you would find at a dollar store. The stats are inaccurate and completely different every time. The customer support is awful. They delete truthful comments on social media. They claimed to be mailing me a return label that I would receive in 2-7 days and I did not. This is a huge scam. You will never see your money again.

Ordered in May with an expected delivery in June. It’s now mid August and still no product. Emails to the company go unanswered. Extremely poorly managed company it seems. I think I’ve been scammed. Save your money and stay away!

This is such a cool product! The app is amazing and gives you so many details!

Comfortable to wear, easy to use, wish it would take automatic readings throughout the day without the app

The Aura strap is actually a pretty unique device. I would suggest this device to a user who does not have the Apple scale yet and wants to have the additional hydration measurement. After comparing its function and cost between those two devices I see this as a more: mobile, cheaper and functional alternative. While I can understand a lot of the the criticism surrounding it not working properly. In my experience it was usually due to my user error. It took me a couple of tries using both hands to finally get a good reading for body fat. But afterwards it worked well consistently. After using the Apple weight scale for comparison. I got almost exactly the same body fat measurement. Would recommend!
