    Pros:

Disclaimer: I'm a co-founder. Top pros: it is dead simple to use, and has more flexibility than anything else out there.

    Cons:

While proactive 1:1 invites are best-in-class, Arrangr is working to expand its features around passive inbound appointment-taking.

Arrangr's proactive 1-on-1 invites and its collaborative event polling are unique and best in class.

    Pros:

Really easy to use; also like that the group scheduling allows for some nuance between no-go times and maybe-OK times.

    Cons:

None yet for new software. Would love the team to do integrations directly into email.

I'd love to be able to pull up Arrangr from inside my email client to propose times.

Hi ! What are the differences compare to Calendly ?

@martin_tauber Hello Martin. There are many differences with a quick couple being that Arrangr does not force you to upgrade to arrange a group meeting or integrate Zoom, GTM or any of our other integration APIs. !Arrangr is like a universal hub pulling every element of a meeting together making that meeting extremely quick and easy to arrange with full clarity. Moreover, Arrangr is built with being pro-active in mind. In other words, we don't just supply a link for the recipient to go through a gauntlet in order to meet with the organizer. Arrangr presents all the pertinent information to the recipient right up front on a 1:1 making it as easy as just clicking select.

@martin_tauber Hi Martin, just wanted to follow up on what Adam said with a few additions. As he said, rather than just funneling your recipients through your inbound link, Arrangr lets you easily send out an invitation with options that are customized to that recipient. And you can event paste these options right into an email for them to click and accept from the email. These invitations are very flexible - for example, you can suggest a time range on Saturday with a couple of cafes to choose from, or a couple of times during the week with only phone or video call options to choose from. Arrangr will put tentative placeholders in your calendar for the times you suggested until they pick one. Our in-person venue searching is great - you can view options on a map with reviews and pictures, and can even plot the route between you and your recipient and have Arrangr recommend places right near the midpoint. Additionally, our new polling for group events tackles the "herding cats" scenario of group events in a way that Calendly doesn't offer. Also, like Adam mentioned, a big difference is that right now Arrangr is entirely free. When we do eventually charge for some features, we will be more liberal in what we continue to offer for free, and we plan to honor our early adopters by giving them discounted and/or free premium features for a time. I'll stop there rather than ramble on, but we are also constantly growing our features and improving our product, so our distinct offering will only keep expanding.

Or the differences compared to doodle?
Ryan Moody

@noa_madhloum Hi Noa, our aim with Arrangr is to create a universal hub that lets you easily, quickly, and painlessly arrange any meeting, and to provide complete clarity so there are no miscommunications. To achieve that, we've built it with a clean and simple UI, and with the flexibility and integrations to handle any scenario without having to leave Arrangr (to search Google Maps, find your Zoom link, etc.). We think our UI is cleaner and clearer than Doodle's, and we don't distract you with ads. When it comes to polls, we do a few things differently. One example is that we will automatically process the results and spit out a summary of the option that looks best, saving you the time of poring through the table of responses. And we're just getting started with group polling - we have some other exciting things in the works that will change the game. As for 1:1 meetings, Doodle is just starting to come around on the ability to send proactive 1:1 invites (which they currently have in "labs" status), which has been our focus from day 1, but they are still much more limited than our 1:1 invites. I don’t want to do a feature dump, so here are a couple examples: Arrangr lets you offer multiple locations and call methods, and lets you put a summary of the options right in the email you send them, so they can simple click one to accept. I'll stop there rather than ramble on, but I’m happy to elaborate on more of our unique offering in a direct message. Hopefully that gives you a good idea though. And we're rapidly improving, so keep checking in to see what's new!

Great job!!😊 Can it be used in International countries and need integration with all the leading conferencing apps for seamless meeting online and offlin

@ayush_chandra Thanks Ayush! It is primarily tested in the US, but should work internationally. International time zones are supported, although the formatting of how we display the dates is biased toward US norms. We support a number of conference options. With no need for a separate account on your end, we can automatically create a conference dial-in for your meetings, or create a Hangouts video chat link for you. Users with Zoom accounts can save their Zoom conference link with Arrangr, and GoToMeeting users can seamlessly integrate their account. We also have some Skype integration. For other apps that we don't integrate with directly, you can add custom conference details. Hope that answers your question. Feel free to direct message me if you want more details!

@ayush_chandra It's impossible do set an In-Person meeting outside EUA since the map prevents you to pic a place outside EUA and the page freezes if you write an address. Pity

@ayush_chandra @cristiano_pupo Thanks for pointing that out, Cristiano. We're super sorry for the glitch! In general, we do actually work with locations outside the US. However, we just discovered that in some cases for international locations Google maps delivers the address to Arrangr in a format that our code didn't expect, resulting in the error you described. It seems most places in Brazil break it in this way. We're working hard to get that fixed ASAP! I'll follow up with another post here once it's all fixed!

@ayush_chandra @cristiano_pupo OK, the problem should now be fixed! If you run into any more issues, feel free to email support@arrangr.com to let us know.
