My work involves transforming noisy support workflows into reliable signals, while ensuring that sensitive cases are always under human control. I believe a high-quality AI product is impossible without reliable and up-to-date data, and ensuring that is exactly what I’m responsible for.

What I love about our approach is that we don’t aim to replace support teams. We help them handle scale and focus on conversations that truly need a human touch.
