Customer meetings with a click of a button. 24sessions combines booking, video-meetings and analytics, allowing you to communicate with customers effortlessly.
As an earlier adopter of the system, I've been using 24sessions for just shy of a year.
It's been great, it's constantly being improved and is supported by a super responsive team.
I've used booking forms attached to the site so clients can book in for a Ruler Analytics demo directly from the form completion; but also have the outbound time booking time in my diary for clients.
I generally use it for screen share and audio, but I've also used the video option when my WiFi is stable enough - gets a great response and adds to the person-ability you get putting a face to a name.Pros:
Easy Access, Combines the benefits of several systems, Very responsive teamCons:
Sometimes the initial connection takes longer than expected, but not a biggie!
I was looking for a service where I could invite a customer via a link to a video chat where I could screen share. It's even better as the customer can book an appointment themselves. I saw a review by WPcrafter on his youtube channel and realised the scope of 24 sessions for my business. This really is one of those times where I cant believe how lucky I am to have come across this as its just so useful in my business. It also makes me look good to my customers as it has a professional look and feel which is very important not only that it is secure but it looks professional. The fact that banks and insurance companies in Europe also use it is comforting as they are even more strict than Australia about compliance etc.Pros:
Excellent video in Australia, good screen sharing, custom emails, custom forms customers love it, great secure video for financial servicesCons:
I really hope my competitors don't get this..
The ability to branding my own video call session and is awesome!!!
My client impressed the way how things displayed during the video call session and having smooth video call using 24 Sessions is the most important!Pros:
1. Video Call & Audio quality is good
2. Booking tied to my own calendar
3. Branding, Feedback & email summary follow up is very useful!Cons:
1. Video call on mobile without the app is not available yet
2. Video Call doesn't work only on my Safari browser
24Sessions has been my go to tool for video chat for a while. I recommend it to anyone who does lots of product demos and who doesn't want to fuss with downloads, Zapping a bunch of stuff together and paying for multiple apps. The team is wonderful to work with and support is fantastic.Pros:
Nothing to download
call quality is great
Eliminates the need for multiple apps (calendar, video)Cons:
None that I can think of
Great Customer Service and Support and Great Team behind it all, who are forward thinking, fully focused and completely dedicated to making this even better with an exciting roadmap that will take this quickly to even greater heights and user experience / capabilities and new features.Pros:
Beautiful UI/UX. No Software to download. One-click Calendar + Screen + File Share. Custom Branded Link + Email. Video conf' up to 6 peeps!Cons:
None that I have experienced to-date.
Good platform and video/audio quality.
The branding is definitively a plus for companies.
The feature I like the most is that users don't have anything to install! I've tried
TeamViewer: users must install it or use an executable file (and it's often hard to tell them how to do it BEFORE you share your screen) and I've been blocked (free version) because it was considered commercial usage (even though I don't charge)...
Zoom: pretty good, but again, if they want full access to all the features, they need to install it (limited functionality in the browser, like no webcam)... So, not good if it's a one-time only meeting...Pros:
- Nothing to install for you or your client! (except a browser extension for those who want to share their screen)
Though possible, not the fastest way to create "on the fly" meetings (what they call live meetings)...
Great convenient product. For both users and our customers.
Two major benefits after using 24Sessions for over a year now:
1. The amount of timed saved, by using 24Sessions for a lot of the customer interaction in our organization, is pretty remarkable.
2. Our customers love the new way of interaction with us. (This takes a short period of adaptation but definitely worth it)
The product and features are just really well thought out. They managed to cover every aspect of a perfect video meeting. All of it with a flawless UI/UX design. The level of simplicity is just beautiful. Roadmap looks very promising!
The integration with intercom is going to have a massive impact.Pros:
No instal/plugin required -> Customers love it
Quality of video/audio
Had 1/2 small issues, but not worth mentioning.
Customers can come and book you on your website, where you embed a booking form from 24sessions, but branded in your own colors and with your logo. That's great!Pros:
Nothing to download! That's a deal-makerCons:
There are probably more suitable solutions for internal team communication, this is geared towards customers ..
I like the most that it's easy to use 24sessions and it has many features. Making appointments is much easier with 24sessions, you don't even have to write emails to make one, saves a lot of time.Pros:
Allows screen sharing; "audio by phone" option if internet connection is really bad; possible to connect with GoogleCalendar; free trial.Cons:
Can't think about any
I love their booking and meeting functionality! It really is as if Skype and Calendly had a baby! And a good looking and healthy one! :-)
Had some technical issues with the loading, entering the meeting rooms etc. when I first started using it, but they have been very responsive to my issues and have fixed them. So I feel really confident in their team.
My major issue though is the thing about the lack of different sets of email templates for each meeting type. Use case 1:
When clients book a strategy sessions, I need them to have one set of emails to go out (preparing them for the session etc.). But when I do UX sessions, I need another set of emails to go out with different prepration etc. I can't do that.
Use case 2: My company is both Danish and English. So I need to have mails different sets of emails for each country. I can't do that.
Hopefully that comes soon!
Other wishlist items:
- Audio only meetings (where video is disabled from the beginning)
- Screen control - so you can control the user's screen
All in all I recommend them a lot!Pros:
Great UI (looks great on your site!)
Great booking flow (very userfriendly!)
Great support (Rita is extremely serviceminded and helpful!)Cons:
Lack of different sets of emails for each meeting type.
No audio only chat
No screen control.
A really beautiful platform that does what it says! A really ingenious product that makes the process of creating a video call from a booking seamless! Ability to get pre-booking questions answeredis another feature that I love (plus review post-call!)
Really love how the teams listens to feedback from the user-base, with more features being added like mobile browser capability (so no need for clients o download an app!l
Great product, great team! Does what it says beautifully and the team listens to it's user-base and constantly improves the product!Cons:
Direct integration with a storage platform would be nice!
I would like to be able to just screenshare more easily without the system checking for a video connection or for systems that don't have video.Pros:
Nothing to download, intuitive interfaceCons:
The one-off is a bit cumbersome and I would like the option to just screenshare without video more easily.
This is really my best buy of the year. I'm actually surprised that it works so well, and so are all the people I have video with.
I've even done impromptu video calls with 3 parties from the airport using my 4G phone as hotspot and it worked great. Seriously. How cool is that?
If you do a lot of meetings, just get it, and be happy.Pros:
Really super easy and convenient, works flawlessly on Linux, Windows, Mac. No need plugin. Works even in China. The booking system is great!Cons:
Honestly I'm not sure. Maybe it doesn't have (yet?) automatic switch to the person speaking, but I don't particularly miss it.
