Congrats on the launch 🚀! So many of the conversations in e-commerce live chat are very repeatable, basic information but most chatbots are either under-trained or disconnected from the proper data sources. Looks like ZipChat takes care of that! I'd definitely recommend to Shopify users with a growing need for a scalable chat solution. For a reasonable price, this could take the place of multiple full time customer service reps. Are there any other ecom platform integrations on the roadmap?

The ability to get instant answers, 24/7 help, and multilingual support is incredible. I'm curious, how does Zipchat.ai train its AI with external sources to provide even more context? Is that data scraping or what does that look like?

Thanks @dzaitzow ! It's through advanced data scraping. Once you install the app on Shopify all the links will be uploaded as knowledge base, however you can add csv files, pdf documents etc to add as much information as you want. Then once the AI starts replying to visitors & customers, the brand owner can create corrections and make sure the answer is always the best!

@mocarg We are working with marketplaces selling auto parts. They AI is able to ask qualification questions to the visitors in order to collect enough information to then suggest the best product/service available on the shop.

Is it possible to make it easier for a person to manage multiple chats at the same time with AI? Think about it, in the future they will never give up a help desk chat person but they will definitely want them to be more efficient. It would be like a single person looking at 100 chat windows simultaneously and when an end user gets stuck that chat window can wiggle and show up as red so the "chat managing help desk person" can talk to them directly and resolve their issue.

@kingromstar We are currently not allowing "human takeover", which means service reps can't take control over the chats on Zipchat. This makes interacting with visitors fully automated.

My suggestions would be to expand integration capabilities beyond Shopify to other popular e-commerce platforms for wider adoption. Moreover, there should be more customization in the chat interface to match the brand aesthetics of different stores. Also, I think an analytics dashboard should be incorporated for merchants to track the chatbot's performance and customer interaction trends.
