Hey everyone, I am super excited to share ZenAdmin - an all-in-one IT automation platform for companies worldwide. TL;DR: We help companies with employee onboarding and offboarding, procurement, complete device lifecycle management, 24/7 IT Support, SaaS management and more! As for the story of why we built ZenAdmin, for me it's very personal. In my previous venture, I was the CTO and I found myself becoming the unofficial - and unwilling - IT manager. I was spending countless hours managing devices, software licenses, account access, and random IT support requests—tasks that pulled me away from my own priorities. That frustration became the spark for ZenAdmin.ai and so I jumped in along with my co-founders Yoan & Pauline to solve this once and for all 🚀 We built ZenAdmin.ai to finally automate IT workflows that until now used to be manual, like employee onboarding, offboarding, and access management. Today, we’re proud to have helped over 100+ companies save time and reduce manual grunt work by automating these repetitive tasks. @victoria_wu We're best suited for org headcount between 2-2000. The secret is that we integrate with the rest of your SaaS stack and automate as much as possible. For example, flows such as seeking approval from managers, automatic provisioning and de-provisioning, transparent procurement and device management - all become plug and play with ZenAdmin. Fun fact: We also went on an absolute integrations bender a while back and integrated with 100+ top tools. So, right from the get go, we support the vast majority of integrations with every other SaaS you might be using with our workflow engine (imagine a mini-Zapier that knows everything about your HR/IT stack). So, for all kinds of companies - from a brand new startup looking to just focus on building, to a large enterprise with established protocols and requirements - we can fit ZenAdmin right in. Of course, if a company needs something custom built, we work with them to figure out a solution. We're as well quite used to working with large companies (~1000 headcount) and have been supporting customers such as Multiplier, Sleek, Omnipresent, Numa and more. Here's how we do it: - First and foremost, we're ISO 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR compliant - We're partnered and integrated with the top MDM tools out there incl. Hexnode, Jumpcloud etc. - We have explicit controls built into the platform to ensure security and privacy of PII data - We have recurring third party penetration testing and multiple auditor checks throughout the year - We constantly do security training for all employees at ZenAdmin and follow the best security testing and code review practices *We share evidence of all the above with our customers. We've had dozens of customers who've come to ZenAdmin explicitly seeking help with establishing their own compliance and IT processes. So, if a company is seeking their own ISO 27001, SOC 2 etc. certification, using ZenAdmin is a very easy way to generate the evidence and tracking needed - with our team of IT experts we ensure you're setup properly.
