Hey All 👋! I'm Emil – Founder of Helpjuice.com & Wizardshot.com. We started building Wizardshot back in January after a customer of ours tried Scribehow and was frustrated by the lack of knowledge base integration (and pricing). Wizardshot is a 100% free chrome extension that builds step-by-step tutorials simply by you sharing your screen. You can blur info, control the visibility (public vs. internal) of tutorials, and even embed your tutorials into a knowledge base (via Helpjuice). Would love to hear your feedback on the tool!

I'm curious to try and measure how much time it will save me. It has the potential to be a great tool for employee onboarding. I haven't checked it much yet, but except for the pdf or doc, is it possible to save the video?

@vincentm no we do not intend to charge Martin we make our money go in a small portion of the users decide to build a knowledge base with Helpjuice. Helpjuice is the knowledge base that powers, Amazon and thousands of other companies.

It's perfect for quickly sharing knowledge or training materials without the usual hassle. Does Wizardshot offer options for annotating or editing the tutorials before finalizing them? This feature could be very beneficial for adding additional context or instructions.

@oleksandra_vasiukhnyk Yep! You can edit the images, add anotations, blur important info, combine multiple images into GIFs and even embed videos as part of the tutorial. Once you're done, you can take that tutorial and embed it into a helpjuice knowledge base; see example https://help.helpjuice.com/en_US...

Emil personally took the time to walk me through Helpjuice, explained how it could help my business and even brainstormed some wild ideas I had - how Helpjuice was built to fit the user's needs (suprisingly, even the ones with wild ideas). For transparency: I only watched the videos for Wizardshot and it looks amazing. I've tried several tools for creating tutorials, but Wizardshot stands out for its simplicity and effectiveness.
