@busmark_w_nika We already have users! Our early adopters are people who have mastered at least one language and understand the flow of efficient language learning. Currently, we’re targeting language learners who view it as a hobby or leisure activity, and VocAdapt serves as a tool to create personalized content for them. In the future, we plan to expand VocAdapt to support absolute beginners, offering a complete personalized roadmap to help them master a new language.

@abbas143official Thank you! Right now, I’m focusing on Chromium-based browsers, as maintaining multiple platforms solo can be challenging. However, I’m working on a Telegram bot for the next update that will allow you to adapt videos and play them in the background on mobile (similar to YouTube Premium), so you can practice listening on the go. As VocAdapt grows, we’ll expand to support all popular platforms.

@focusaur VocAdapt can work with text content in any language. For video content, we currently support English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Polish, Chinese, and Japanese. And we’re working on adding more languages and dialects! What language are you learning, James? Let us know, and we'll try to add it in the next update!

Congrats Anton and team! :) I have a question, can VocAdapt translate content from one language to another, or does it strictly adapt content within the same language? If yes, does it support Sanskrit?

@rohanrecommends Hey! VocAdapt doesn't translate between languages; it's designed to help you learn directly in your target language by making content more comprehensible (we believe this approach leads to faster learning than relying on translations). As for Sanskrit, we don’t currently support video adaptations for it. Finding large enough datasets for model training is quite challenging. However, among Indo-Aryan languages, we are actively working on a Hindi model for voice cloning.

I like this product. I’m currently self-studying Japanese, but memorizing vocabulary and learning grammar are really difficult for self-learners, so my progress is quite slow. I’ll give this product a try and hope it will be helpful for me.

@kate_prasniak Thanks! That’s my goal - creating a tool that can guide you through any local dialects. Currently, our model is trained to convert voices in the target language to a standard style, but we’re working on expanding support for different accents and dialects (which requires a huge amount of data!)
