Bending Spoons (owner of Brightcove, @Evernote , @Meetup , @Komoot , @Remini , and @WeTransfer ) has announced that they've agreed to acquire Vimeo (NASDAQ: VMEO), the beloved video platform, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.38 billion, subject to customary conditions, including stockholder and regulatory approvals.
