Thanks everyone for the support! Our goal is to create the largest Open Source library of curated UI elements and to foster a community of Open Source contributors who can learn from one another. We will be glad for any feedback or questions you may have.

This is an awesome collection! I love that each of these is interactive while browsing them all. Kinda wish I could click on the buttons and play around with them without navigating, but I understand why you have it that way. Looks like you already have a good list of creators, when did you start this project?
Adam Giebl
@joshtoasts Thanks! It started over a year ago, but under a different name, cssbuttons.io

BROOOO. SOME OF THESE ARE LIT! like I'm impressed by some of the buttons, toggles/sliders, check boxes, and even search/text fields that animate when you type. where did these come from? user submitted, or found across different sources? we're working on a new web app design right now and I just shared this with my dev team, little details like this make a huge difference
Adam Giebl
@richw Thanks a lot! Everything on the site is community-made on uiverse, but sometimes I can see they also found it somewhere else.

I'm sure they exist, but I've never seen something like this before! And very glad that it's free. But do you have plans for other UI elements than buttons? For example, forms, website sections, menus, etc. The main problem I'm having is that if I use a website template, I'll find sections from other website templates I want to use, but can't due to the CSS being different. So I would love for the ability to have website sections that can be put in any template and still work. Congrats on the launch!
Adam Giebl
@richard_gao2 Yes, we're definitely planning to add more! What do you mean by not working because the CSS is different? Is it that the CSS is overwriting each other? Otherwise if the classnames are different this shouldn't be an issue. Are you using wordpress to build websites?

@adamgiebl Yes, the CSS are overwriting each other because the CSS for each website template is different. So I can't just copy paste the code for a section on template B and transfer it to template A. I believe this can be solved with in-line CSS, since then there won't be one css sheet that applies universal metrics to the entire website. So the sections for websites would preferably all have in-line rather than external CSS so they only apply to the section.

@sewell_stephens The CSS is completely different. So adding !important breaks things or doesn't work at all.

Wow, those are nice! I'm really impressed with the buttons and cards. As a graphic designer which is not so skilled at codes, I know the struggle of styling in CSS to have nice effects! Thank you for making some of our lives easier :D

Are you guys planning to support different javascript frameworks as well @adamgiebl ? that'd be awesome!
Adam Giebl
@sam44323 We definitely thought about it, but it would be a bit tricky to cater to multiple different frameworks. Technically, you can use HTML and CSS in every js framework so we will start with adding some guides on how to do that.

Congrats on the initiative, really like the idea.

Lots of inspirational elements here. I'm a heavy Tailwind user, but I can see myself referring to these in the future or simply just to get some ideas for better UX/UI. Thanks for sharing and producing this!

@adamgiebl the components look super nice ✌️ do you also have the figma version of these components?
Adam Giebl
@manas_sharma Thanks! I would like to be able to convert them to Figma at some point and have it available, but that will need some more work. For now you can use a Figma plugin html.to.design and paste the link.

@adamgiebl I'm launching Roundup today! 😁 I would love to hear your feedback 🙏

Thanks these are cool! There are the basic elements and e.g. some really innovative sliders and switches. I use UI elements in making graphic design for social media posts I do as a hobby for an NGO, so resources as these are much needed.
