Hello! Domains only .com ?
Norbert
@user2236 For now, yes, but if there's demand for the product I'll definitely add more in a next release. How useful do you find it?
Good luck today!
Norbert
@andriyuh Thank you.

This is great! Congrats on your launch. I love how quick and easy this is to use - no need to sign-in or sign-up to use. Also, this is such a huge time saver. I recently spent a number of evenings brainstorming company names and then trying to figure out what a good corresponding domain name. For fun, I described your app to your app and came up with the following: NameSwiftly.com FlickName.com DotPerfection.com DotSleuth.com SwiftDotting.com DotWhisper.com SeekNexus.com DotJedi.com NameSparkler.com SwiftDotter.com DomainWhizKid.com DomainLasso.com NameSimplify.com NameRocketeers.com

@lizworthy hahah great. And if you try the same description again it'll probably come up with different domain names. It's not too deterministic. I hope you find use for it. Do you share it if it helps.

This is a great product. At the moment it only offers .com, I wish we could select a different TLD. The color scheme really needs to be updated, Black on dark green is not easily readable. Blue on orange is hostile to people that have astigmatism. 4/5 because it does well what it does, but it could do more and with a better color scheme. Give it a try!
Norbert
@kaciuk Thanks. I'll look into the colors. Alternative TLDs are definitely part of a v2 but I didn't want to add complexity before gauging interest. By the way I've been using https://coolors.co/ to pick colors. Do you know of good alternatives?
Denis
@norbert_ It's not so much the palette itself, it's how you use it. The keyword is "Color Harmony". There should be good contrast on the text, therefore dark green background + black text = big no-no.

@hayr_hotoca Glad you like it!

Try Naming's name generation concept is helpful. How about adding a feature that checks domain availability for generated business names?
Norbert
@chalie_clark It does check. All results are available and under $25.

Hey there! Just heard about Try Naming and I'm stoked for you! It's such a genius idea to help find the perfect domain name quickly. 🎉 By the way, I was just thinking, adding a feature to suggest domain name variations could be really handy. What other use cases do you envision for Try Naming? 🚀

Impressive tool for brainstorming names in Try Naming! Are there plans to expand the naming categories to cover a wider range of industries?
