Traction Stack is a curated directory of marketing resources from six years of research for Traction (http://tractionbook.com), the bestselling book by myself and @jwmares that helps businesses and projects of all kinds get traction. We've read thousands of posts and tried countless tools, both in researching the book and in our own startups (DuckDuckGo, Exceptional, etc.). Only the very best made it to Traction Stack, organized across the 19 different traction channels, plus 5 sections on traction strategy, testing, and frameworks. I’m happy to answer anything about the stack or book here. Independently, I'm also doing a Product Hunt LIVE Chat tomorrow! Please come and really ask me anything: http://www.producthunt.com/live/...

Is it Traction week? :D
Gabriel Weinberg
@violetanedkova hah, thanks :). The 2nd edition of the book comes out next week. In the run up to that, we've been developing a lot of useful resources to go along with it.

great work! I'm a big fan of Marketing Stack, but I think I'm right in saying this seems a lot more focused and validated from real experience. I'd love to hear your comment on how / why you are different!

@seffa121 yes, so am I! This collection comes out of years of research for Traction (the book), which offers a 3-step framework for finding the right growth channel for a given project or business out of the 19 identified. The book has 5 intro chapters and then 19 traction channel chapters (one for each customer acquisition channel). In writing the book we read *everything* we could find going back years (I started working on it in 2009!). I then went back through all of those posts and tools and picked just the very best to serve as a resource addendum for the book. In the first edition we posted links at the end of each chapter to check out for further reading. For the second edition, we decided to merge them all into Traction Stack. In so doing, I went back through all the links and re-validated everything, as well as did more research to add anything in the past year that has come up (like the good Stacks on PH).
