Toonclip - Create animations in minutes

Hello all, The maker here. I am an artist and a techie, so really love this project. It started with a very simple show on Hacker News where it got so much traffic that it crashed the server two times. The original idea was to create a Flash replacement but it has now evolved into this. This project allows users to create their own animations in minutes. No programming needed. Add your own images from your computer or internet or use the ones in the library. There are existing animations that users can easily modify. Export them as GIFs or publish them on toonclip.com. Available characters are - Dilbert, Rick and Martin, Pepe the Frog, Batman ..... Comments, suggestions welcome.

Hey @sridharramasami cool product, signing up to make some GIF's for our marketing campaigns. Quick feedback, the user interface is bit confusing -- needs some improvement. If you could break down the steps for me in different pages, like arrange the cartoons first and then write down dialogues -- should be much easier to use.
