I coach quite a few teams on using OKRs effectively, and unless they have an enterprise restriction against doing so, I universally get teams using TheNorth. It’s a best of breed tool, IMO. It encourages good OKR methodology & habits within teams, it provides incredibly useful tech, it’s super intuitive to use, and the company is very responsive to questions. I’ve never seen a single “bug”, and it has always had super responsive speed. I cannot rave enough about it. I’m a big, big fan.

This is nice product, before suggesting to my manager. I tried it, it works fine. It's ui is user friendly as well. And it's features are good to use for product management.

The most intuitive, user friendly and feature rich OKR tool me and my organization have used till date! So easy to use, it's absolutely underrated in terms of the wonders it could do for organizations globally. Wishing North the best, always!

The product is extemely easy to use, is feature rich and makes updates extremely easy. It's one of the easiest systems I've used - would highly recommend.

I find the AI assistant really helpful when it comes to generating ideas for goals. Even when you know where to run, a little bit of precision helps the creative process. Will try to get my team on the tool!

North has been amazing for my team. At an early stage, I would want my company to be aligned on common mission statements. North's structure approach of Goals >> KRs >> Initiatives is amazing. The customisation is at the perfect level, allowing for personalised structure for my team. Kudos to Ninad @ninad for creating this gem!

We've been using North internally at Titan for quite some months now. Before this we've been using Jira, which mostly acted like project management tool. But with North, now our entire org is on the same page where each next decision is clearly aligned to the higher level goal, which is aligned to the org goal. It gave us clear visibility on "what" we are doing and "why" we are doing it, and stay away from any digression. Would highly recommend everyone to give it a try.
