A lot of companies switched recently to remote work. But is remote work in their DNA? We are crowdsourcing the most complete list of the best remote companies. You can vote to select your favorite remote company and improve their position in the ranking.

Hey Product Hunters! 👋 I'm happy to share with you newly launched The Best Remote Companies list. The list has been complied from almost 9000 remote jobs, data from career pages and includes close to 3000 remote companies. I believe there are many shades of remote work, and this list is trying to present it in a more organized way. The list is ordered by Remote Score, which is calculated using data about: 1. Async (async and flex work) 2. Remoteness (global, country/region limited remote, hybrid) 3. Compensation (open compensation and actual salary) 4. Benefits (6 benefits categories, 33 different benefits) 5. Votes (You can vote for your favorite remote company!) Each of those is responsible for 20% of Remote Score (max 10 points). Excellent! I'd like to nominate our company ( Zappi.io ) - I've been working remotely for 3 years now, including a chunk of time in New Zealand (the rest of the team is US, London, and Cape Town). I've never had pressure to return to the office!

@jpdavidpeters For me, most important is employee perspective. Companies are important, as they are future customers, but I want to build something bigger around it.

Love this! Some years ago I tried to search for a platform that did just this, and didn't find anything great, specially when it came to the "Remoteness" aspect - companies were mostly US based and only recruited within the US. Thanks for sharing and best of luck for the launch!
