I was exploring golang and thought of building a simple crud api in go. But while doing that I got the idea of extending it to build a privacy focused clone of paste bin. This was more of a learning thing as I also wanted to learn how to deploy and handle production with real users. If you have any feedback, please feel free to share

Hey Sahil, I'm curious about the end-to-end encryption. How does this work with the public sharing option? Have you considered adding a feature for collaborative editing in real-time? Congrats on the launch!

@kyrylosilin First of all, thanks for the support. Next step is to add version control or version history and then my priority will be to add real time collaboration. This is how my end to end encryption works: - The data (title, content) gets encrypted on the client side - Then the serve only gets to store the encrypted content and title with a salt - When some user wants to view a public text, then the user should have the private key that the owner of the text used to encrypt the text. Hence, the server don't have any control or access about what the data is or how to decrypt the data. In future, I'll improve the privacy even more by adding magic link login instead of storing email address and password. Let me know if you have any feedback or suggestions
